EMAGENIT Refund Policies

Attendee Cannot Attend

A refund will be issued if more than two weeks’ notice is given. If under two weeks' or rescheduling, please see next section.

Attendee Must Reschedule Training

The following rules apply to both public and virtual courses:

If more than two weeks’ notice is given, EMAGENIT will place you in a new class as a new student. If under two weeks' notice, EMAGENIT will place you in the next available class that is running which can be either public or online.

There is no charge to reschedule, however, please contact us right away if you do need to reschedule your class as the above rules apply.

EMAGENIT Needs to Reschedule Training

If circumstances beyond our control,  we would notify the attendee and arrange to either have the class moved to the next scheduled time or we would run a special class to accommodate our attendees schedule at their convenience.

If there is an instructor emergency, we will issue a refund or follow the procedure just discussed.

Since the software is a downloaded product, EMAGENIT will issue credit towards any one of our products including training.
