The rules for our Excel training free repeats policy.

Public Training Workshops

• EMAGENIT allows you to repeat your public training workshop as many times as you want within 1 year.
• However, if you are taking the class for the first time and rescheduling, please consult our refund policy page about out rules.

Online Courses

• If you take a live online course, you can take it again 3 times for free via the web within 1 year. Special arrangements can be made, however, check with EMAGENIT for details.
• You can then attend any public offering of the same online course for free as many times as you like within 1 year.

Company Onsite

• If you take a specialized onsite workshop from us and would like to take the class again, EMAGENIT will place you in an equivalent public or live online course.

Person Based Training Policy

• Our repeat policy is person based not company based. If you switch employers, you can still repeat your workshop.
